Arc-Style Centered Omnibar & Modern Bookmarks

AirBrowser embraces pure distraction-free aesthetics. Got questions? We've got answers.

What's new in AirBrowser v1.1.6? +
Version 1.1.6 is a major productivity update introducing:
• Spaces: One-click switching between Personal and Work modes with independent tab preservation.
• Dual Screen Split View: Side-by-side multitasking with an interactive resizable divider.
• Arc-Style Centered Omnibar: Minimalist 360px address bar showing clean domain names that smoothly expands on focus.
• Redesigned Bookmarks: Modern right-click context menus with danger accents and sleek rounded corners.
How does the Spaces (Work / Personal) switcher work? +
In the sidebar directly beneath your bookmarks, you'll find the Spaces switcher. Clicking between "Personal" and "Work" instantly filters your open tabs. Tabs are automatically saved to your local profile, allowing you to keep work documents and personal browsing cleanly separated without running separate windows.
How do I use Split View for dual-screen browsing? +
Click the Split View button [ | ] in the top toolbar. AirBrowser opens a secondary full-featured WebView2 pane alongside your current page, separated by a draggable splitter. You can research documentation on one side while taking notes or watching streams on the other.
How is AirBrowser so much lighter than Google Chrome? +
Most Chromium browsers download and run an entire redundant web browser binary (often 300MB+ in memory). AirBrowser utilizes the native Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime already built and updated by Windows, combined with lightweight, high-performance C# WPF.
How does the Smart Picture-in-Picture feature work? +
When you switch tabs away from a playing video on YouTube or Netflix, AirBrowser detects active playback and automatically pops out the video into an always-on-top, borderless floating window. When you return, it docks seamlessly back into place.
Is AirBrowser free to use? +
Yes! AirBrowser is 100% free with no ads, subscriptions, or hidden charges. It is available on the Microsoft Store and open source on GitHub.
Can I import my bookmarks and passwords? +
Yes. You can export passwords and bookmarks from your previous browser as standard files and import them directly into AirBrowser in seconds via the top-right Settings menu.

Experience the web without the bloat.

Download AirBrowser for free directly from the verified Microsoft Store or compile it yourself from source.
